National Water Hygiene & SHEA passport schemes

At Cherwell Water Utilities Ltd, we specialise in the National Water Hygiene and SHEA passport schemes. This training is delivered by our approved trainers and endorsed through the EUSR. 

These are ideal for people working with or near public water supply or treated sources of drinking water, as well as those working on the UK Water Networks.

National Water Hygiene Scheme

If you have operatives who work with or near any public water supply or treated sources of drinking water, then the National Water Hygiene Scheme is mandatory.

The course covers, but is not limited to, the importance of water, water as a carrier of disease, potential contamination and the prevention of this, as well as chlorination and disinfection. 

Those who complete the course and pass the assessments will be presented with an EUSR water hygiene ID card.

SHEA Safety Passport 

If you or someone within your organisation works on the UK Water Networks, then this course is designed for you. It can only by carried out by an EUSR trainer such as one of our team. 

The course covers risk assessment, workplace procedures, hazards, hygiene, health, the environment and your responsibilities.
